Target Markets

Initially, TCG is targeting the 40% of the U.S. Hispanic population that was foreignborn as of 2002. This includes the 29 million U.S. Hispanics who predominantly speak Spanish at home.

Target Property Characteristics

  • Located in an identifiable Latino submarket with current Latino population of at least 10,000
  • Located within one mile of a Latino‐centric commerce center in which at least 30% of the businesses cater to the Latino customer
  • Located in a Latino‐centric labor sector that displays sustainable, diversified, and upwardly mobile employment
  • The property's existing resident profile must be majority Latino and trending Latino
  • The property must be at least 250 units in size or we must have the ability to acquire multiple small properties located within very close geographical proximity to one another, sufficient to achieve operating efficiencies
